These cookies are strictly necessary for Finovoo to function. Without them, core features like logging in, navigating between pages, and accessing secure areas would not work. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.

  • CSRF tokenprotects against cross-site request forgery attacks. Expires with your session
  • Language preferencestores your selected language (English, Français, العربية). Persistent, expires after 1 year
  • Cookie consentrecords your cookie preferences so we do not ask again. Persistent, expires after 1 year
  • Security cookiesused for two-factor authentication and fraud prevention. Expires after 30 days

3. Functional cookies

Functional cookies enable enhanced features and personalization. They remember choices you make (such as your preferred currency, date format, or dashboard layout) so you do not have to reconfigure them each visit.

  • Dashboard preferencesremembers your preferred view (list, grid, chart) and column ordering
  • Currency displaystores your preferred display currency for expense reports
  • Notification settingsremembers which in-app notifications you have dismissed
  • Onboarding statetracks which onboarding steps you have completed so we do not repeat them

4. Analytics cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with Finovoo — which pages are visited most, where users encounter errors, and how features are used. This data is aggregated and anonymized; it does not identify you personally.

We use this information to improve the product, fix bugs, and prioritize new features based on actual usage patterns.

Finovoo currently does not use marketing or advertising cookies. We do not serve ads on our platform, and we do not share your browsing data with advertising networks.

If we introduce marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent before setting them.

You have full control over which optional cookies Finovoo sets. You can manage your preferences at any time:
